Where can I find my voucher(s)?

To view and print any Deal of the Day voucher you've ever purchased, log in to dealoftheday.redflagdeals.com/login, click on "My Account," and select either "My Purchases" or "My Gifts."

Why isn't my credit card being accepted?

If your credit card is declined during a transaction, only your financial institution can tell you why. Possible reasons may include:

  • An incorrect credit card number has been entered
  • The incorrect expiration date has been entered
  • The incorrect security code (found at the back of your card) has been entered
  • Pre-Paid gift cards or PayPal are not being accepted at the time of purchase

Can I cancel my purchase of a deal that is still live on the website?

You can easily cancel your purchase of a live deal by logging into your account at dealoftheday.redflagdeals.com/login, clicking on "My Account," and selecting either "My Purchases" or "My Gifts." From there, you'll see the option to cancel your purchase.

How do I cancel my purchase of a deal that featured immediate billing?

If you were immediately billed upon purchasing a deal, trying to cancel the deal within your account won't work even while the deal is still live. To cancel it, you'll have to email us at support@dotd.ca with your request, and we'll do the rest.

How do I change the email address I have registered with you?

To change the email address you have registered with us, simply:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on "My Account" and select "My Profile." The text below "User Info" features a link that will take you to our sister site, RedFlagDeals.com
  3. At the RedFlagDeals login page, enter your username and password (which is the same as what you use for Deal of the Day)
  4. After you log in, you'll see the option to change your email address

How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on "My Account" and select "My Profile."
  3. Under "User Info," enter and new password and confirm it using the appropriate fields
  4. Scroll down and click on the blue tab that reads "Update Account," and your new password will be saved

How do I change my email alerts?

To subscribe or unsubscribe to deal notifications in various cities:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on "My Account" and select "My Profile."
  3. Under "Daily notifications," check off the cities you're interested in receiving emails about, and un-check the cities you're not interested in
  4. Scroll down and click on the blue tab that reads "Update Account," and your settings will be saved

Can I buy a deal after it has expired?

No, you cannot buy a deal after it has expired.

Can I buy a deal outside of Canada?

Deal of the Day deals are only valid in Canada. Shipping addresses and credit cards must be Canadian.

Do you charge tax on the value of the deal or on the discounted price?

Taxes are based on the discounted price. Each deal page will state whether or not taxes are included. If taxes are not included, they will be paid to the merchant upon redemption of your voucher and will vary according to provincial tax laws.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day refund policy. If you decide within 30 days of purchasing a deal that you no longer want it, you have the choice of receiving a full refund or the equivalent in Deal of the Day credits to use towards your next purchase.

If you want a refund, please provide us with:

  • Your reason you no longer wanting the deal
  • The title of the deal you purchased,
  • The email address you used when you purchased the deal
  • Your customer order number

Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Do you offer support over the phone?

Please note that we do not offer support over the phone. If you have questions please email us by submitting a customer support ticket to us at support@dotd.ca and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.
